Holographic Training LMS Support

Support is available for Holographic Training LMS Core, Professional and Corporate. The level of support depends on the version you are using.

Core is the free foundation plugin and receives limited, best-effort support. Professional and Corporate are paid versions and include more comprehensive support for active licence holders.

If you need help, please check that you are using the latest plugin version and include as much detail as possible in your support request.

Support By Version

Core support is limited and intended for basic plugin questions, setup guidance and confirmed bugs in the free plugin.

Professional support is available to active Professional licence holders and covers licence access, paid downloads, updates, payments, certificates, assessments, protected content, evidence tools, learner workflows and Pro setup.

Corporate support is available to active Corporate licence holders and covers company accounts, manager dashboards, corporate seats, departments, client portals, competency tracking, document acknowledgement, assessor workflows, risk dashboards, reports and corporate exports.

What To Include In Your Support Request

Please include the version you are using, your WordPress version, your PHP version, the affected page URL, a clear description of the problem, the steps needed to reproduce it, and any error message shown on screen.

For paid licence issues, include the email address used for the licence purchase. Do not send licence keys in public messages or screenshots.
