If you are unsure which version is installed, open the WordPress admin area and check the HT-LMS dashboard or the Plugins screen. The installed plugin name and version will normally identify whether your site is using Core, Professional, Corporate or Agency.
When raising a support request, include the HT-LMS version, WordPress version, PHP version, the page URL affected, the exact steps that cause the issue, and any visible error message. Do not include passwords, private keys or sensitive login details.
